Spending your hard-earned Medals on a Warbond can be frustrating when you end up with a weapon that doesn’t live up to expectations. Fortunately, that isn’t a problem with the SG-225 Breaker in Helldivers 2.

The SG-225 Breaker is one of the most reliable shotguns in the game, making it a great choice for taking on enemies and defending Super Earth. Here’s how you can unlock it.

How to Unlock the SG-225 Breaker in Helldivers 2

You can unlock the SG-225 Breaker from Page 4 of the Helldivers Mobilize! Warbond. The weapon costs 20 Medals and is available as part of the free Warbond.

However, you’ll need to spend 75 Medals to unlock Page 4. This means you’ll need 95 Medals in total to get the SG-225 Breaker.

It may take some time to collect that many Medals, but the weapon is worth the effort. The SG-225 also has two variants, Incendiary and Spray & Pray, although the original version remains a strong all-around option.

Is the SG-225 Breaker Worth Using?

The SG-225 Breaker has impressive range for a shotgun. Its tight pellet spread allows it to hit enemies from farther away than you might expect.

It can also deal heavy damage to tougher enemies, including Chargers and Brood Commanders, especially when you aim for their weak spots. At the same time, the shotgun is effective against groups of weaker enemies because each shot can hit multiple targets.

The Punisher is a good shotgun, but the SG-225 Breaker offers better damage, range, and crowd control. If you have enough Medals, it’s a reliable weapon worth adding to your Helldivers 2 loadout.
